    Countryside Finance is a very successful independent brokerage to the agricultural industry but limited time to implement modern digital technology.

    The customer processes were mostly carried out in a manual way utilizing excel, and the existing website was non-responsive and had an outdated design

    The use of manual methods resulted in potential missed  business opportunities; with difficulty in seeing year-on-year business performance and where opportunities existed for renewing lapsed customers

    1 HubSpot implementation

    The HubSpot CRM Starter Suite was implemented, with custom fields, lists, reports, and email templates for communication with clients on upcoming loan renewals. All Countryside Finance historical data was structured, cleaned, and missing entries or duplicates were fixed and loaded into a logical format of Companies, Contacts, and Deals covering the previous and current year of trading

    2 New company Website

    A new responsive website was created with a fresh modern brand image. The site included an overview of the company, its people, and the services provided.

    The site has calls to action for customers to get in touch and is fully integrated back into the HubSpot CRM for automatic collection of new business leads

    3 Business Reporting Dashboards

    Company reporting was integrated into a secure PowerBI dashboard environment. Countryside Finance could now interact with information covering sales activity, commissions, and top-performing customers and lenders.

    They can instantly look back historically but also see what loan agreements are due for expiration in the current FY and Quarters
